Available target location icons dialog box

This topic describes the purpose of the Available target location icons dialog box and all the settings and buttons on it.

The Available target location icons dialog box provides you with a large selection of alternative marker icons that you can use to identify locations on the ESPA analysis center's map, advanced analysis reports and in IQ packets. It also allows you to upload your own icons, and define which are your favorite icons. A filter at the top of the dialog box allows you to select which icons are displayed.

Click to select which icons are displayed in this dialog box. You can either display:

  • the default icons provided by Gladiator Forensics.
  • all the icons, this includes the default icons provided by Gladiator Forensics, and any additional icons uploaded by your organization using Upload file on this dialog box.
  • your favorite icons, which you can define using Save as favorite on this dialog box.

Click to close the dialog box without selecting an icon.

Click to apply the selected icon to the target location. The dialog box closes automatically.

Right-click any icon to display this option. Once selected the icon is saved as a favorite icon making it simpler for you to locate when required. You can display your favorite icons by setting the filter at the top of this dialog box to Favorite.

Click to delete the selected icon.

Click Select to upload your own graphics file of an icon. OSS-ESPA will automatically scale the graphic to an appropriate size. Windows Explorer opens. Navigate to the folder and select the required graphics file then click Open.
